Coke Zero means it does not contain direct sugar but is sweetened with artificial sweeteners. Again, artificial sweeteners are not good for health. So, this option is ruled out.
In reality, coke or any sugar-free drinks are more dangerous as they contain artificial sweeteners which are full of disadvantages.
1) Diabetics can opt for a beautiful Jaljeera either unsweetened or sweetened with stevia.
2) People with diabetes should have kokam (Aagal) with jeera + salt or rock salt + stevia
3) Advantages of lemon water can be reaped by having it with salt or rock salt + elaichi + stevia
4) Having barley water is a great healthy choice. You can use cinnamon, ginger, cumin seeds, other spices, or orange juice to enhance the taste.
5) Kairi panha during summers can just do wonders. Go for unsweetened if possible. Can also add stevia + mint + elaichi
1) The coconut water without malai (can spike sugar level so take precaution. Can have once in a week
2) Jeera water and coriander + salt or rock salt + saunf
3) Solkadhi prepared from coconut milk or vegan buttermilk once a week
4) Vegan buttermilk made from vegan curd (please refer FFD manual for recipe)
5) Jamun juice unsweetened
6) Lemon ginger water + salt or rock salt
7) Cucumber + pudina juice + salt or rock salt
